901.06 ADDITIONAL FEE FOR EXCAVATIONS IN NEW STREETS.

In addition to the fees required in Sections 901.03 and 901.04, there shall be a charge of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for an excavation in any street within three years from the date such street was paved or resurfaced.
