169.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

There is hereby created the office of Disaster Services in the City. The duties of the office shall be those defined by the Mayor or Director of Public Safety, and such duties shall be under the supervision of a Director of Disaster Services and Assistant Director of Disaster Services.
