EDITOR'S NOTE: The City has contracted with the District Advisory Council of the original Lake County General Health District and the Cities of Kirtland, Mentor, Mentor-on-the Lake, Eastlake, Willoughby, Willoughby Hills and Willowick to form a new General Health District, pursuant to the authority granted under Ohio R.C. 3709.07. There are no sections in Chapter 167. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
