§ 9.6.161 STANDARDS.
   (A)   Design standards. Condominium developments must comply with applicable standards contained in §§ 9.6.95 through 9.6.113 , Design and Improvement Standards.
   (B)   Unit Ownership Act. Condominium developments must comply with all provisions of the Unit Ownership Act, M.C.A. §§ 70-23-102 through 70-23-902, or its successor provisions.
