§ 70.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Anyone violating § 70.02 shall be found guilty of a misdemeanor and fined in an amount not to be less than $25 and costs and not to exceed $100 and costs. (Ord. 148, passed 9-10-84)

   (B)   Violation of § 70.03 is a misdemeanor and a fine of $20 is established as a penalty for violation. (Ord. 176, passed 5-9-88)

   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation convicted of the violation of any provision of §§ 70.15 through 70.21 shall be deemed guilty of the commission of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined not less than $75 and not more than $250. (Ord. 203, passed 3-9-92)
