§ 70.15 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CHIPWOOD TRUCK. Any truck 1½ tons or larger hauling pulpwood chips.
   LOG TRUCK. Any truck 1½ tons or larger hauling cut or trimmed logs in any unprocessed form.
   PEAK TRAFFIC HOURS. Time periods where congestion of traffic is likely to occur. These time periods are defined as being from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m., and from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
   ROCK TRUCK. Any truck 1½ tons or larger hauling gravel, stones, broken or crushed rocks in any unprocessed form.
   TRUCK. Any motor vehicle designed to carry loads, freight, or goods, being 1½ tons or larger.
