(A) For the purpose of this section, HAZARDOUS DRIVING shall be defined as darting in and
out of moving lines of traffic; improper or dangerous changing of lanes on multi-laned thoroughfares; cutting onto and across private property to avoid intersections, stop signs and stop lights; driving around corners at such a speed and in such a manner as to cause a skidding of tires or sliding of the vehicle, driving too close to parked vehicles, driving a vehicle which has any part thereof extended in such a fashion as to endanger persons or property, driving in wet or inclement weather without proper control of the vehicle, and operating a vehicle wherein or whereon passengers are located in such a manner as to be dangerous to the welfare of such passengers, or other persons.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle in a hazardous manner on the streets and byways of the city.
