135.06 PREVAILING WAGE COORDINATOR.

(a) In accordance with Ohio R.C. 4115.071 the Deputy Income Tax Commissioner in the Department of the City Auditor is hereby appointed as the Prevailing Wage Coordinator for the City.

(b) The Prevailing Wage Coordinator shall perform the duties required of him as set forth in Ohio R. C. 4115.071 and such other duties as from time to time may be required by either State law or local regulations. (Ord. 56-75. Passed 5-20-75.)
