135.02 DEPUTY AUDITOR.

   (a)    There is hereby created the position of Deputy Auditor of the City to serve at the pleasure of the City Auditor.

   (b)    The Deputy Auditor is authorized to perform and exercise the powers and functions of the City Auditor only during the temporary absence from the City of the Auditor, or because of the incapacity or physical disability of the Auditor to serve, or during the interim when the position of the City Auditor is vacant for any of the reasons as set forth in Section 44 of the Charter.
