135.23 LIFECYCLE REPLACEMENT FUND.

(a) There is hereby established a Lifecycle Replacement Fund. This fund shall be used for the purpose of ensuring funding for computer hardware replacement.

(b) Funding of the Lifecycle Replacement Fund shall be as follows:

(1) Twenty-one hundredths of one percent (.21%) of all general fund revenue will be deposited to the Lifecycle Replacement Fund.
