1305.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned not more than ten days, or both. Any contractor working in the City without a Whitehall registration as required by this chapter shall be assessed a double registration fee penalty.
