1301.99 PENALTY.

   The owner or owners of any building or premises or part thereof where anything in violation of this chapter or Building Code shall be placed or shall exist as having been placed thereafter the enactment hereof, any architect, builder, agent, contractor, person, persons, firm or corporation, employed in connection therewith, and who may have assisted in the commission of any such violation, shall, where no other penalty is provided, be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day that anything is placed or done on such premises, or remains placed or having been done on such premises, in violation of this Building Code.
