1301.07 SEPARABILITY CLAUSE.

Each Section or part hereof is hereby declared to be independent and the holding of any Section or part hereof, or the application to any person or circumstances determined to be invalid or ineffective, shall not affect any other Section or part hereof, or the application of any Section or part hereof to other persons or circumstances, and Council hereby declares each Section hereof to be separately enacted and effective.
