135.19 TECHNOLOGY FUND.

   (a)   The Technology Fund shall be created and funded by monies from the General Fund and other sources, pursuant to the Codified Ordinances of the City and the Ohio Revised Code.

   (b)   Funding of the Technology Fund will be as follows:

      (1)   One and seventy-eight hundredths of one percent (1.78%) of all General Fund Revenue will be deposited to the Technology Fund.

      (2)   The Technology Fund balance shall never exceed seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) at any one time. Revenue received over the maximum limitation shall be returned and credited to the General Fund.

      (3)   All expenditures drawn from the Technology Fund shall require Council approval unless previously authorized by Council for expenditure in the annual budget. (Ord. 079-2013. Passed 12-17-13.)
