135.14 TAX CLERK (PART-TIME).

   (a)   There is hereby created the position of Tax Clerk (part-time), which shall serve in the Auditor’s Office of the City.

   (b)   The position of Tax Clerk shall be in the classified service, shall be a part-time position, and shall perform those duties required by the City Auditor as stated within the job description, which is submitted by reference with this section.

   (c)   The position of Tax Clerk shall be paid in a salary pay range established by this Council by ordinance.
