159.01 REGULATIONS ADOPTED.

   (a)   Council hereby adopts the Franklin County Board of Health Regulations in effect on December 9, 2014, and any amendments or revisions thereto, to the extent that such regulations are not inconsistent with the previously adopted and effective Codified Ordinances of the City. Council incorporates such regulations and any amendments or revisions thereto, by reference, into the Codified Ordinances of the City.

   (b)   A copy of the Franklin County Board of Health Regulations as adopted and incorporated by reference, and any amendments and revisions thereto, shall be kept on file in the office of the Clerk of Council.
