131.051 DEPUTY CLERK OF COURT.

   (a)   There is hereby created the position of Deputy Clerk of Court in the office of the Mayor.

   (b)   Such Deputy Clerk of Court shall be a classified position, shall be a full-time employee and work under the direction of the Clerk of Court and perform those duties as required, or as directed by the Mayor.
