931.09 RULES TO BE POSTED.

(a) The Parks and Recreation Commission may establish additional rules for use of all parks and park facilities as necessary. The Recreation Director may cause copies of this chapter and appropriate signs containing prohibitions as to the use of the parks to be posted near all entrances to any parks in the City.

(b) This chapter and any subsequent rule established per Section 931.09 (a) may be enforced by any law enforcement official or Code Enforcement Officer.
