903.17 PARKING LOTS; PROVISION OF SPACES.

Off-street parking lots shall be provided for the use of occupants, employees and patrons of all commercial and industrial establishments, including vehicle space for the handling of materials and products. Such lots shall be constructed in accordance with Section 903.27 and shall be maintained in a manner that no dust will be produced by continuous use.
