903.27 PARKING LOT CONSTRUCTION.

   (a)   All parking lots shall be sloped and constructed to provide adequate drainage of the area into storm drains or to the street and shall be paved with cement or asphaltic concrete in accordance with City specifications. Adequate lighting shall be provided and lane barriers shall be provided to insure an efficient and safe traffic flow with provisions provided for fire lanes.

   (b)    No person shall construct or reconstruct any parking lot not in conformity with the general plans and specifications governing the construction of such parking lots on file in the office of the Director of Public Service and not in accordance with the specific directive of such Director under whose control such parking lots shall be constructed.
