903.08 REPAIR OF SIDEWALKS AND DRIVEWAYS.

   The owner of any lot or parcel of ground shall cause the repair of any sidewalk or driveway approach, in front of or abutting upon such lot or parcel of ground as directed by the Director of Public Service when it appears the sidewalk or driveway is hazardous to pedestrian or vehicular safety. If such sidewalks or driveway approaches are not repaired within thirty days after notification, the Mayor may cause such repair work to be done at the expense of the owner pursuant to the provisions of Section 903.04.
