757.03 RECORDS INSPECTION.

The books and records required to be kept by Section 757.02 shall at all times be open to the inspection of the Chief of Police, any police officer authorized by the Chief of Police, the Mayor or the Director of Public Safety. Upon demand of any of them the pawnbroker shall produce and show any article thus listed and described.
