517.24 ENTRY OF COST ON COUNTY TAX DUPLICATE.

Upon receipt of the report, under the provisions of Section 517.23 and approval thereof by Council, the Clerk of Council shall make a return in writing to the County Auditor of such charges which shall be entered upon the tax duplicate of the County, all in accordance with Ohio R.C. 731.54. (Ord. 129-73. Passed 12-27-73.)
