517.15 PERIODIC INSPECTION.

Independent of the annual clear-up and inspection provided for in Sections 517.10 and 517.11, the Health Officer or Police Department shall make periodic inspection of properties within the City and shall report all violations of Section 517.14 to Council, which shall thereupon by resolution proceed to order such nuisances abated as provided in Sections 517.12 and 517.13.
