517.11 SANITARY INSPECTION.

   Thereafter in the month of May of each year, the Health Officer or, in his absence, the Police Department, shall make a thorough sanitary inspection of all public and private property in the City and shall transmit its report together with its recommendations to Council on or before June 1. A copy of such report shall also be sent to the County and the State Departments of Health. (Ord. 129-73. Passed 12-27-73.)
