(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person or persons, firm or corporation violating § 92.01, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $25.
(C) Any person, firm or corporation that are violating any of the provisions of § 92.02 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not exceeding the sum of $100.
(E) Any person or persons, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 92.22 of this chapter shall be fined $25.
