§ 92.15  OBSTRUCTION TO STREETS AND SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED.
   Dumpsters shall be permitted in streets parallel to a curb not more than four inches from the curb. No debris shall be permitted to hang over or fall out of the dumpster. Dumpsters shall be permitted on the street for no more than 30 days consecutive.
