§ 92.22  PROHIBITING THE PLACING OR MAINTENANCE OBSTRUCTIONS IN STREETS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation to build, erect, place, keep or maintain any box, barrel or other structure, or any vessel or vehicle within or upon any street or alley of the  town.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation to deposit or cause to permit to be deposited in any street or alley of the town, any manure, garbage, ashes, trash, rubbish, tin cans, crockery, dishwater, wash water or any waste or refuse material of any kind, nature and description.
   (C)   All manure, garbage, ashes, trash, rubbish, tin cans, crockery and refuse material of any kind and nature shall be deposited in suitable vessels provided by the person depositing the same and kept at a point within the property line as convenient as possible for collection and removal.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation to allow any rank weeds or other vegetation to accumulate on any property owned, controlled or occupied by them, or to deposit thereon any garbage, rubbish, trash, filth, manure or other refuse material to the extent that the same may become detrimental to the public health.
   (E)   (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation, to burn leaves, or have a fire of any kind within or upon any street or sidewalk or within the property line of the town.
      (2)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporations to burn leaves or trash before 7:00 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m., within the town.
