§ 155.12 PITS.

Either earthen or steel slush pits shall be permitted in connection with the drilling operation. In the event a steel pit is used, the pit and its contents shall be removed from the premises and the drilling site within 30 days after completion of the well. In the event an earthen slush pit is used, it shall be filled and leveled within 120 days after completion of the well.
