§ 155.09 OIL AND GAS WELL INSPECTOR.
   The Common Council shall appoint an Oil and Gas Well Inspector, who may be removed at the will of the Common Council. It shall be the duty of the Oil and Gas Well Inspector to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
