§ 154.071 VIOLATIONS; FORFEITURE OF DEPOSITS UPON CONVICTION OF DEPOSITORS.
   It shall be unlawful for the holder of any permit under this subchapter to fail to begin work promptly or to complete such work without delay, or upon the completion of such work, to fail to restore such public place to the same or as good condition as it was before such work was done, or to fail to comply with the reasonable rules or regulations of the Street Commissioner from time to time given to such person for the completion and restoration of such public place. Upon conviction of any person for a violation of this section any deposit made by him or her with the City Treasurer pursuant to this subchapter shall stand and be forfeited to the city as money due to the city, and such forfeiture shall be in addition to any fine or imprisonment imposed for such violation.
