(A) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any public utility or private utility violating the requirements of § 154.065 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $5 nor more than $100, or other amount deemed appropriate by the Municipal Court, and each day that any such utility company shall continue the violation shall constitute a separate offense.
