§ 111.32 LICENSE FEES NOT REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE.
   License fees paid to the city pursuant to this subchapter shall not be refundable should the licensee cease to operate as a private club, nor shall fees paid by or on behalf of any licensee be transferred to the credit of another licensee.
