§ 111.31 WHEN LICENSE FEE PAYABLE; FORM OF LICENSE; FUND TO WHICH FEES TO BE CREDITED.

   (A)   All such fees shall be paid in the office of the City Clerk on or before June 30 for the ensuing fiscal year. Said license shall be on such forms as prescribed by said Clerk. All such fees so paid shall be credited to the General Revenue Fund of the city.

   (B)   In the event that any such licenses provided on the state applying to the same subject matter as § 111.30 is revoked, then in such event, any licenses provided by reason of § 111.30 will be likewise revoked by said Clerk without the necessity of further proceedings hereunder.
