§ 90.26 RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNER TO PICK UP DOG WASTE.
   No owner or keeper of any dog shall permit the dog to defecate upon the streets or sidewalks of the city or upon any property not owned by the owner or keeper of said dog without immediately collecting, removing, and properly disposing of the canine fecal matter.
