§ 71.175 COMPLIANCE WITH TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.

Pedestrians shall be subject to traffic control signals at intersections as provided in § 70.023, but at all other places, pedestrians shall be accorded the privileges and shall be subject to the restrictions stated in W. Va. Code 17C-10, unless otherwise modified by this chapter.
