(A) Adult entertainment facilities as regulated in § 154.487.
(B) Automobile service stations as regulated in § 154.485.
(C) Car washes.
(D) Cocktail lounges.
(E) Electroplating.
(F) Fast food and drive-in restaurants as regulated in § 154.484.
(G) Garages for storage, repair, and servicing of motor vehicles, including body repair, painting, and engine rebuilding as regulated in § 154.485.
(H) Graphic products manufacture.
(I) Laundries.
(J) Machinery and heavy equipment rental, sales and storage.
(K) Other manufacturing, processing, or storage uses determined by the Village Planning Commission to be of the same general character as the permitted uses listed in § 154.361, provided such uses are found not to be obnoxious, unhealthful or offensive by reason of the potential emission or transmission of noise, vibration, smoke, dust, or glare or heat. In this regard, the Village Planning Commission may seek expert advice of what conditions should be imposed on this particular operation to carry out the purposes of these zoning regulations. The cost of such expert assistance shall be borne by the applicant.
(L) Radio, television or telephone tower and related service facilities as regulated in § 154.361.
(M) Truck and motor freight terminals and hauling services.
(N) Yards of general contractors engaged in building or heavy construction; building materials storage and sales.
