§ 154.333 CONDITIONAL USES.
   The following conditional uses are permitted in B-2 Neighborhood Business Districts only after approval by the Village Planning Commission in accordance with the procedures outlined in §§ 154.095 through 154.100.
   (A)   Churches as regulated in § 154.474.
   (B)   Day care centers as regulated in § 154.472.
   (C)   Drive-through retail as regulated in § 154.484.
   (D)   General retail.
