§ 151.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   (1)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of §§ 151.01 and 151.02 shall be fined not more than $100.

      (2)   A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (C)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 151.15 through 151.18 shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.

   (D)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of §§ 151.30 and 151.31 shall be fined not more than $100. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
