§ 52.999 PENALTY.
    (A)   Any person who in any manner directly or indirectly violates or permits others under his or her supervision, custody or control to violate any term of a duly published proclamation shall be guilty. Any violation of the provisions of the Mayor’s proclamation or action of the Board shall be punishable by a fine provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   As per § 52.035, tampering with a meter shall result in a $250 tamper fee, which shall be applied to each meter per incident. Further violation of meter tampering will result in permanent removal of meter and disconnection of account.
   (C)   As per §§ 52.056 and 52.062, for delinquent payments, a charge of 10% shall be added to monthly statements to reflect the amount due after the due date, and an additional $10 penalty after the twentieth day of the month. Service shall be disconnected after the twenty-fifth day of the month and a $50 reconnect fee will be charged.
