The provisions of this chapter were adapted from the regulations of the prior code of ordinances. Since the prior code’s publication, the town has adopted and published the SOP (dated 7-1-2022), which is contained in Chapters 52 and 53 of this code of ordinances. Where any provisions of this chapter conflict or contradict the provisions of the SOP, being Chapters 52 and 53, the SOP shall prevail.
