§ 52.035 METER TAMPERING.

In case of bypassing, or a meter that has been shut off for non-pay or any other reason by WPWA and is found to have been turned on by someone other than a WPWA authorized personnel, a complaint shall be signed by WPWA manager or his or her authorized agent against the party responsible. TAMPER shall include, but not be limited to, attaching any piper, wire or other conduit or thing onto any utility or to turn on or off any such service, break or deface.
