(A) All meters shall remain the property of the Department and may be removed from the customer’s premises at any time without notice for the purpose of testing or repairing the same or upon discontinuance of the service.
(B) WPWA reserves the right to suspend delivery of water at any time without notice for the purpose of making repairs or extensions and WPWA shall not be liable for damages because of such interruption of service.
(C) Upon discovery of any unlawful act by any customer, his or her agency or employee herein prohibited, or upon failure to comply with any of the policies and procedures of WPWA, such service will be discontinued, and applicable fees applied.
