(A) The Commission shall plan, promote, and encourage the development and utilization of the Municipal Airport. It shall determine the general policies and provide for detailed administration, maintenance, operation, management, and control of the airport and appurtenances thereto. It shall advise the Council on matters having to do with acquisition of additional premises, any and all construction and improvements thereon, and submit its proposed budget annually before the budget meeting of the City Council. It shall also have the further duty of consulting and cooperating, with federal, state, and other agencies dealing with aeronautics. It shall be the duty of the Commission to see that all fees and charges due and owing the City of Wells are properly collected.
(B) The Commission shall have the other powers, authority, duties, or responsibilities as the City Council may from time to time prescribe by resolution.
