(A) The Commission shall make and alter the rules and regulations for its government and the conduct of its business as is consistent with the laws relating to cities and the ordinances of the City of Wells.
(B) It shall meet at the call of the Chairperson or a majority of its members, and shall keep an accurate record of all its proceedings which shall be furnished to the City Council as soon after each meeting as is practicable.
