(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person convicted of the violation of any provision of §§ 91.01 through 91.09 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $250 for each offense. Each day any violation of §§ 91.01 through 91.09 continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 91.20 through 91.26 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day during or in which a violation occurs or continues.
