§ 91.26 RELIEF.

Any violation of this subchapter is hereby declared to be a nuisance. In addition to other relief provided by this subchapter, the Village Attorney may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for an injunction to prohibit the continuation of any violation of this subchapter. Such application for relief may include the seeking of a temporary restraining order, temporary injunction, or permanent injunction.
