(a) No yard sale shall be permitted unless the person that conducts such a sale obtains the proper permit from the Zoning Department.
(b) A fee of one dollar ($1.00) shall be paid for each individual yard sale and a fee of five dollars ($5.00) shall paid for each group yard sale conducted. Excluding the (two) citywide yard sale dates scheduled for the second weekend of June and the last full weekend in August annually. Such permit shall only be issued in conformity with the provisions of this chapter.
(c) Yard sale permits must be posted/displayed and visible on the sale premises at and during the yard sale.
