§ 40-10-7 RESTRICTIONS ON RIGHT TO USE OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITIES ACCESSORY TO RESIDENTIAL USE.
   Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Article X or this code, any pre-existing rights to continue to park vehicles other than residentially-related vehicles on off-street parking facilities and driveways in Zone Districts R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4 and R-5 shall expire and terminate on December 31, 1998.
