§ 40-8-8 PROCEDURE BEFORE CITY COUNCIL.
   After receiving the advisory reports, the City Council shall act on the reports in accordance with its regular procedure. After approval, the amendment ordinance shall be published in a local newspaper or in pamphlet form as required by law.
